My Commitment to You
- Phone Calls – I will make every effort to answer the phone should you need to contact me. If you do get my voicemail, please let me know when to return your call and the best numbers to use to reach you.
- Voice Mail – If I am not available for an extended period, I will update my voicemail greeting accordingly. If you get my voicemail and leave a message, I will be sent a text message to alert me of your call and I will return your call as soon as possible.
- Preferred Contact Method – I will abide by the times of the day you let me know that you are available for contact and your preferred contact method.
- Return Phone Calls – I will attempt to respond promptly to all return call requests, regardless of the time of day or day of the week. During regular business hours, my goal is to return all calls within two hours, during regular business hours.
- Urgent Messages – If your message is urgent and requires immediate attention, please send a text message to my cell phone (913.558.6453) stating this so that I can appropriately prioritize the time of my response.
- Not Available During Regular Business Hours – If I am not working or unavailable for more than six hours, during regular business hours, I will change my voicemail greeting to reflect this, letting you know my return and who is covering for me. I will also use an out-of-the-office, automatic reply on my e-mail with similar information.
- Schedule – If we are actively working with you selling or buying a home, I will let you know my schedule for at least two weeks and who is covering for me for any planned time away.
- Replying to E-Mail – I monitor e-mails throughout the day on my mobile devices. I will make every effort to reply to your e-mails immediately. In circumstances where I cannot immediately reply, my goal is to respond by the next business day.
- Weekly Report – I will supply you with a report of our activities, weekly or at a frequency that we both agree upon.
- Feedback – I want your feedback! In the spirit of serving you better and continuous improvement, please let me know any feedback you have for me, good or bad. Buying or selling a house is a big deal and I want you to have the best experience possible!
